Sunny Giza Energy was founded in 2020 by renewable-energy engineers and sustainability entrepreneurs determined to accelerate Egypt’s solar revolution. With electricity demand surging and grid reliability challenges in rural and urban areas alike, we saw immense potential in distributed solar generation. Our mission is to make high-quality, cost-effective solar power accessible to homeowners, businesses, and communities throughout Egypt.

Our leadership team combines decades of experience in solar-PV engineering, project management, and finance. We hold certifications from the Egyptian New and Renewable Energy Authority (NREA), TÜV Rheinland PV-installer accreditation, and NABCEP training. Our in-house engineers design systems using PVsyst simulations and perform shade analyses with drone-mounted LiDAR. We partner with Tier-1 module manufacturers—JA Solar, LONGi, Trina—and premium inverters from SMA, Huawei, and Fronius.

Sunny Giza Energy operates on three pillars: Technical Excellence, Financial Accessibility, and Ongoing Support. Technical Excellence means rigorous site assessments—irradiance mapping, structural evaluations, and electrical-safety audits—followed by bespoke designs optimised for Egyptian climate conditions. Financial Accessibility includes flexible payment plans: solar leasing, power-purchase agreements (PPAs), and bank-financed green loans with subsidised interest rates. Ongoing Support covers remote performance monitoring, preventive maintenance, and rapid inverter or panel-replacement service.

Since our inception, we have completed over 150 installations—from 3 kW residential rooftops in Giza to 1 MW commercial car-park canopies in Alexandria—and achieved an average system performance ratio of 82%. Our clients report electricity-bill reductions of 60–90% and first-year CO₂ savings equivalent to planting 10,000 trees.
